5 /5 Cindy Walker: I just had my first visit as a new patient at Family Roots Dentistry where I was seen by Dr. Mike and one of the hygienists there, Tiffany. Tiffany was so friendly and welcoming. She was so good at making the effort to understand what made me unique as a patient. She was meticulous and thorough in her care but also kept me very comfortable. She has such a nice touch with her instruments! Dr Mike was wonderful! He really listens and is very understanding about special needs and concerns. He is friendly but also calm and confident and you can tell that confidence is coming from extensive knowledge of dentistry beyond the usual. From the start to the finish of my visit I felt very much welcomed and cared for and knew my care was in very good hands!

5 /5 Kurt Lynne: Super awesome dentist. Very accommodating - state of the art facility. Had an issue over the weekend and happened to message the office and the doctor responded and since it was an emergency they squeezed me in Monday morning. Totally awesome and great staff.

5 /5 Dawn Harrington: Since being fortunate enough to have found Family Roots Dental a few years ago, I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the office. Everyone in the office is kind, helpful and welcoming. As an extreme "dental chicken", starting with a new dentist can be a very scary endeavor and one that is laced with abundant anxiety. My hygienist, Stephanie, has gone out of her way to not only make sure I am comfortable but to welcome any questions or concerns I may have. Dr. Mike is easy going, laid back and easy to talk to. As with Stephanie, Im encouraged to ask any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend this office, especially for those of you reading this review who need a little extra TLC.

Great job with both dentists. Both procedures were totally painless. I am in awe of these dentists. Cant thank you enough. So glad I found this office.

5 /5 Leigh Ann Heintzelman: The absolute best dental experience Ive had since childhood! Im 40, and have been extremely scared of dentists since I was about 14 (bad experience). So as soon as I was on my own, I put off ever going, and just did what I could at home. Today I had an emergency where my pain was off the charts. A Google search led me to Family Roots, and Im so glad it did. They were able to decipher what I was saying on the phone between sobs and sniffles, and got me in within the hour. They did some xrays, determined my problems, came up with a plan, and gave me some referrals to a couple different oral surgeons who should be able to take care of them permanently. I am beyond grateful to every single staff member who had to deal with me today, and I signed up for their Dental Savings Plan, because I am absolutely going back to them for routine cleanings and maintenance. I was a brand new patient, and they did NOT have to be as kind and accommodating as they were. If you have any fears of the dentist, this is your place!

Compassionate Dental Care - Lake in the Hills deathblack85: First off going in is ok. I was asked my occupation 3 or 4 times (If you include the questionnaire they give you). Came for basic cleaning but came out for a quote for deep cleaning $1680. I came early and was the only one in the lobby but I had to wait 1 hour and half just to exam my teeth and gum. Not sure because I’m new but felt scammed. After everything is done, they told me they don’t have time for basic routine cleaning. Don’t go here unless you like giving your money away!

Morningside Family Dental - Lake in the Hills J. M.: Great experience as a new patient. April is So knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She really spent a lot of time explaining everything she was doing. She and Dr. Aliker came up with a personalized treatment plan to best suit my needs. I was completely at ease during my visit, and already have full confidence in Morningside Family Dental.

Family Dentistry of Crystal Lake - Crystal Lake Judi Connolly: I am very thankful to Amy Diesel for recommending this dental practice. My dentist for the last 30 + years is retiring and I needed to find a new dentist that accepts my dental insurance. I need special treatment since I was treated for Tongue Cancer and due to radiation treatments. I have seen Dr Koshiya 2 times and find her very caring and professional. But, the best part is Amy is her assistant.

Smiles by Farr - Huntley Christina Reyna: We had a dental emergency on a Sunday. I had called my daughter’s dentist and their emergency line wasn’t working. Any other dentist I spoke to wouldn’t take her cause she wasn’t an existing patient. Dr. Farr called me back right away and was very reassuring she would be ok and he would see her first thing Monday morning. We showed up Monday morning when their office opened and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Farr immediately took her to a chair and began working on her. She had taken a softball to her two front teeth. He made her feel comfortable and fixed her up perfectly. I decided to move her over to Dr. Farr’s office as a patient. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Farr. I’m very grateful for him!
