    • Cat Lynns Nails & Spa - Gurnee Rochelle E Nguyen: I’ve come to this location many times with my mom, but never got around to writing a review. Today I came in as a walk in and they accommodated me quickly! Their check in IPad process is simple and user friendly. My pedicure was relaxing and cuticles were cleaned very well. My nail tech was thorough and took their time. I purchased the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. Will be returning soon!

    Octagon Salon & Spa - Gurnee Kathy Woodson: I walked in hot appointment for 1 p.m with 2 young ladys 1 cut my hair and she was very patient very understanding help make a terrific decision she was absolutely the sweetest thing.     Pro Nails - Gurnee Lisa Mitten: Edited 1/20/2025: I returned for a manicure on my own and they remembered my name! I’m definitely a return customer now! I had an appointment for a pedicure for myself. My 8 year old wanted to tag along (which made me nervous). They immediately noticed her and asked if she would like to join. This was her first pedicure and an amazing experience for us both. We have already scheduled our return visit.

    Legacy salon.spa - Gurnee Dianna Uri: I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for. I returned to the salon to get it fixed, but unfortunately, the stylist seemed to have trouble understanding the adjustments I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain, I felt overwhelmed by the constant questioning and unfamiliar words and I told her to just dye it back to my regular color. To make matters worse, I had to take the day off work to try and get this “fixed” bc I couldn’t walk into work like this. The experience has left me feeling quite disheartened, especially given my previous positive experiences. I spent $308 for basically an ok haircut.
